Hi, I’m Heather Strader, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I work with adults, teens, and couples through a warm, collaborative, and holistic lens.
My trauma-informed approach integrates evidence-based methods including Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, psychoanalytic insight, the Gottman Method, and attachment theory.
I support adults, teens, and couples in healing from trauma, anxiety, and relationship stress. Using EMDR, IFS, and Gottman tools, I create a safe, supportive space to explore what's holding you back, strengthen self-trust, and reconnect with who you are.
