I am a compassionate and experienced therapist who believes in the transformative power of therapy. With extensive training in Person-Centered therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care (TIC), I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of my clients. With 15 years of experience as both an outpatient therapist and a provider in a partial hospitalization program, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice.
