Walking through the therapy door to spill your guts to a stranger can be terrifying! I've been there, this is why I use a humanistic and strengths-based approach as a therapist. I know that safety and connection are vital to healing and growing so I work at the pace my clients lead. I support you in connecting mind and body, living your authentic self, and creating meaningful connections with others. Whether you are dealing with difficult circumstances, emotions, dark thoughts or relationships, I know you are innately good and I try to see the whole you. Trauma-informed methods are key to restore you to optimal functioning.

I like to take an eclectic approach to therapy, combining various methods to meet the client where they are at. Our time together could include any of the following: Parts work, Emotion-focused therapy, Inter-relational theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic experiencing, rapid-eye movement, and Dialectal Behavior Therapy.

This group is for female identifying clients age 18 and older from rural areas of Utah County. Group will be open and ongoing as long as it serves the clients needs. Priority will be on emotion, belief, and experience processing. We will explore typical and non-typical women’s issues including: body image, care-taking, sexuality, powerlessness, and relationships.
