I know that safety and connection are vital to healing and growing so I work at the pace my clients lead. Trauma-informed methods are key to restore you to optimal functioning.
I like to take an eclectic approach to therapy, combining various methods to meet the client where they are at. Our time together could include any of the following: Parts work, Emotion-focused therapy, Inter-relational theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic experiencing, rapid-eye movement, and Dialectal Behavior Therapy.
