I offer both in person and virtual appointments in IN. I specialize in complex trauma, relationship concerns, perfectionism, highly sensitive persons, nervous system dysregulation, ADHD, adult children of emotionally immature parents, family of origin issues, narcissistic abuse, and codependency.
I use a trauma informed approach and teach resourcing skills to support the nervous system throughout treatment. I strive to create a safe and nurturing space for clients as they begin processing past hurts. I love watching my clients discover their strengths as they pursue the outcomes they never thought were possible.
