I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a member of the National Association of Social Workers. I have 20+ years experience providing therapy to a variety of clientele. I believe that all people have the capacity for change. My passion is working with adults or adolescents and their families. I specialize in the treatment of mood disorders, oppositional defiant disorders, family conflict including divorce, and trauma. I have a background working with addictions in conjunction with a wide range of diagnosis. I also am able to successfully work with individuals and families who have experienced violence or abuse.
I am able to establish healthy working relationships with clients and strive to help each and every individual, family or couple achieve their personal, therapeutic goals. It is my goal that all parties involved in the therapeutic process are actively engaged and sessions are emotionally safe as well as productive.
I utilize a variety of treatment theories and modalities to meet the needs of each client including cognitive-behavioral, skill building, family systems and interpersonal therapy. I provide an environment that respects all people without exception. I look forward to helping you meet your goals through therapy.
