Therapy with me isn't about sitting silently while someone nods at you, we'll talk honestly about what's happening, identify what's keeping you stuck, and work together towards changes you can actually use in your everyday life.
I've been a therapist for 15 years and have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, addiction, women's issues and life transitions. I also offer Christian counseling for clients who want faith incorporated into therapy. I accept most major insurance plans and currently have openings for clients throughout Kentucky.
