I am a caring and curious person and have always had a passion for helping others. My therapy approach is personal and collaborative. I have experience working with infants, toddlers, children, adolescents, and individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, parenting issues, attachment, adoption/foster care issues, and other trauma related symptoms.
I use CBT, play therapy, Theraplay, hypnosis and EMDR, to help clients overcome difficulties, enjoy a more relaxed life and move toward a calmer, positive state of mind. Services are provided face to face, in an online video session or over the phone.
