Note: I am currently able to accept clients for ketamine assisted therapy only. I am unable to accept new therapy clients and do not keep a waiting list.
Welcome! I am a licensed psychologist providing therapy in West Seattle. I believe that our work should be collaborative and will consider your strengths and preferences to tailor therapy to meet your needs. My style is informed by a relational orientation with the integration of evidenced-based strategies, including trauma-informed, feminist, internal family systems and mindfulness. By being adaptive, I can support you in making changes that can lead to a more satisfying life.
I work with adolescents and adults around issues of identity development, life transition, interpersonal and complex trauma, developmental and behavioral challenges, learning disorders, and mood disorders (including anxiety and depression). I also work with clients who identify across the gender spectrum as well as clients with LGBTIA+ identities.
Working alongside a psychiatric prescriber, I provide ketamine assisted therapy for people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, complex trauma, and burnout. This includes preparation sessions, in-person medicine sessions, and integration to help you to make and sustain meaningful change.
