I am a Resident in Counseling (RIC) with nearly 3 years of professional experience working with children and teens. I specialize in treating children on the autism spectrum, as well as those dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, family conflict, and those learning to regulate their emotions and build positive peer and familial relationships. My interest in Early Childhood Education initially led me down the path of working with young children in a counseling setting.
I earned my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Becker College and use a unique combination of talk, play, art, and movement therapy to help children build self-awareness and learn emotional regulation.
When I meet with a client, my goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where they feel comfortable. I strive to build a positive therapeutic rapport and work collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their treatment goals.
