I am trained in several modalities designed to facilitate healing around negative past experiences. I will create a tailored plan based on your needs that may include healing your neuro-pathways, identifying unhealthy patterns, and developing new coping strategies. I have been trained in Brainspotting as well as Cognitive Processing Therapy.
