Through careful listening and understanding, I guide my clients in examining their current and past attitudes, feelings, beliefs, thoughts, and choices and collaborate with each client to determine how these are affecting their day-to-day lives. Together, we create a plan to work through these issues, and I challenge and support my clients as they make positive choices and changes.
I have recently been certified in Brainspotting. This is a cutting edge counseling technique that works by identifying, processing and releasing core sources of trauma, emotional/physical pain, and many other challenging symptoms and issues.
