As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have worked with many individuals who suffer from PTSD/Trauma, Couples, intimacy issues caused by trauma experienced by one or both partners in a couple, and Pre and Postnatal issues such as Postpartum Depression and Anxiety. Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
My approach to the therapeutic relationship is developing a rapport based on trust and respect for the client and working together towards their goals and overcoming challenges in their life.
