About
I believe therapy can help people overcome great obstacles in life. I have witnessed the amazing healing that can come from a strong trusting relationship between an individual and their therapist. In my ten years as a therapist, I have been able to help others find ways to heal from trauma, loss, anxiety, and depression.
I am trained in cognitive and dialectical behavioral, interpersonal, and trauma-focused therapy. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship conflicts, grief and loss, and many other traumas, losses and stressors.
I am accepting new clients and am available for an initial phone consultation to address any questions or concerns.
