Admitting that we are struggling takes courage and vulnerability. I seek to honor this by providing a warm, compassionate, nonjudgmental space for my clients.
My therapeutic approach incorporates multiple modalities including person centered and strength-based, among others. I have a heart for working with people in the areas of anxiety, spiritual trauma, relationship stressors, life adjustments, family of origin issues, self-esteem, boundaries, and women’s issues.
