About
Most of us have some idea of what therapy looks like, right? Sometimes it means to sit and talk through the issues on a comfy couch. At other times, it means to actually get off the comfy couch and take action even if and when it feels challenging and uncomfortable. Let’s be honest, it can feel risky to learn a new normal in how you approach life and relationships. I’m here to support you in that process and to help you navigate the next steps you want to take. My hope is that you will experience the courage to practice "off the couch" what we work through in sessions "on the couch."
I have over 12 years of experience in the counseling field including private practice with adults and couples. Beyond that, I provided non-profit counseling services while living in Cambodia for several years. I have also worked with families and at-risk youth within the Juvenile Justice system. I only provide Teletherapy to Texas residents.
During my career, I have worked with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and worldviews. I am a Christian and can provide faith-based counseling on request. If you think I may be a good fit for you, then I encourage you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. My hope is that you will find the support that you need at this time in your life's journey.
