Hi, I'm Heather Jones, a licensed marriage and family therapist and it's my job to help you feel OK. I'm committed to helping you feel better as soon as possible. If we can get that to happen in a single conversation, wouldn't that be great? If it takes more time, we'll make the most of our sessions until you're satisfied. I practice Rapid Resolution Therapy because it aids me in identifying the root cause of suffering and eliminating it effectively and painlessly for good.
It doesn't really matter what the presenting symptoms or issues are; I utilize Rapid Resolution Therapy. Anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, couple and relationship issues, substance use, and many other reasons people look to therapy are all able to be addressed successfully and completely with Rapid Resolution Therapy.
It's just like it sounds; quickly and completely I aim to end suffering. In my experience, most human suffering stems from the belief that something shouldn't be the way that it is. If this is a belief about something in the past, we are likely to experience depression.
