Hi, I’m Heather, a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern. I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, substance use recovery, relationship concerns, identity exploration, and life transitions. I’m especially passionate about LGBTQIA+ affirming care and creating a space where you can feel safe, understood, and welcomed exactly as you are.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and guided by your needs. I use person-centered and narrative therapy, IFS-informed parts work, creative expression, art-based interventions, mindfulness, grounding, and practical coping skills to help you better understand yourself and reconnect with your strengths.
Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel supported, and begin making sense of what you have been carrying. My hope is to help you build self-trust, feel more connected to yourself and others, and move toward a life that feels grounded, meaningful, and true to who you are.
