My mission is to inspire my clients to live each day with more happiness and authenticity. I am friendly, humorous, empathetic, insight-driven, compassionate and forthright. I hope that in working with me, you feel understood, valued, and appreciated for your uniqueness. With an interdisciplinary approach, I utilize a variety of techniques tailored specifically to what resonates with my clients.
