I have been a professor of philosophy for over 20 years, specializing in philosophical psychology.

Meetings are 55 minutes weekly in Easthampton, MA and will begin in Spring once interested participants like reach out and express day and time preferences. Heather has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 25 years. She is a philosophy professor and a mental health therapist focusing on living one's best and most authentic life, free from avoidable anxiety, depression, and grief.
