Struggling with anxious thoughts or self-doubt? I work with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, pregnancy and postpartum, trauma, and low self-worth. I will support you while you develop coping skills and establish a plan to reach your goals.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the modality I use most often in therapy because it is practical and collaborative. It is useful in identifying thinking patterns that are not helpful and need reshaping. Other techniques are used, such as mindfulness, to help support your growth.
I collaborate with you during the session to provide a patient-centered atmosphere. It’s important to me that I provide an experience where you feel heard and understood and have the support for growth and change.
