I have been lucky to have worked with amazing supervisors and clinics. I have extra training in attachment-based work, eating disorders, Christian-integrated therapy (as requested by the client), military/first responders mental health, couples work, group therapy and trauma along the lifespan.

I have a laid-back personality and bring that with me to therapy. I like to use humor and person-centered goals to make therapy about you and tailored to your needs. Need some dark humor too? Not a problem.
