I have 6 years of experience working with adults, children, and adolescents with eating disorders, anxiety, and depression. I am trained in Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) and Family-Based Treatment to be able to support the whole system that is often intertwined within disordered eating and eating disorder recovery. I take an IFS informed approach.
