Though my specialty is in substance abuse, my clients do not have to have a substance abuse issue to gain benefit from our work together. I help clients with everything from a bad break up to trauma recovery. My mental health experience is extremely broad.
While I am licensed and practicing I find opportunities to expand my skills paramount to serving you, so I'm always continuing my education. I present regularly on co-occurring disorders, DBT skills, and I have received numerous awards regarding my work in mental health. I'm looking forward to working with you!

Groups
Relapse Prevention Group
This group is for anyone contemplating or maintaining a change related to substance or gambling abuse. It's one hour, light hearted and extremely supportive of all stages of change. AND, the last Tuesday of each month is for friends and family to attend in your place. This group will offer unconditional support and education related to your use and recovery. All content in all groups remains confidential.
