Supporting teens, young adults, parents, and women navigating life transitions and periods of personal reflection. I work with teens and young adults experiencing anxiety and emotional overwhelm, parents hoping to rebuild connection with their adolescents, and women moving through midlife transitions. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns of stress, conflict, or self-doubt during important life changes. Together we develop greater awareness and practical tools that help clients respond differently to challenges and move forward with more clarity and confidence.
