*I am not accepting new clients at this time.* I have been privileged to work with a wide variety of clients and know that everyone feels "stuck" at some point in time. Men, women, and kids are all managing the stress of work, school, family, and intimate relationships. I have demonstrated success helping people manage stress, and I know that everyone in your personal and professional life benefits when you feel more capable of dealing with life's emotional challenges. I help you get "unstuck" and move past your sadness, your fears, your anger, and your frustrations.
I work with heterosexual couples and LGBTQ couples who have reached a crossroads in their relationship. I have years of experience working with parents, grandparents, and guardians overwhelmed with defiant tweens and teens. I also provide emotional support for anyone caring for a sick or aging loved one.
I balance non-judgemental warmth with active guidance to help you overcome the hurdles keeping you and your loved ones from intimacy and progress. We discuss your goals and what you want better in your life. Everyone has strengths that I help you develop to bring brighter days ahead.
