I provide therapy to adults facing a variety of life challenges at my private practice in Fort Lauderdale, FL. I am a firm believer in facilitating positive self-change no matter how great or small. My goal is to help guide you through your own personal journey towards emotional wellness by providing you with opportunities to foster acceptance through a mindfulness approach, develop inner serenity and resiliency, improve self-confidence, create healthy lifestyle adjustments, and promote your overall sense of well-being.

I specialize in helping adults struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, drug/alcohol addiction, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and bipolar disorder. I also help those with grief/loss, phobias, codependency, and life transitions. (Serenity Lane Psychological Services is located in the same office space as Bayview Therapeutic Services).

I am eager to assist you as you embark on your journey towards recovery and emotional wellness. The first courageous step towards wellness is asking for help. Therapy can serve as the window to your soul and can be an important instrument towards living a purposeful and healthy life.
