Most people are simply in need of assistance in finding direction to determine where to take the first step in their healing. Everyone wants to be the best version of them self, but some may find themselves, stuck, distracted or lost along the way.
Individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, family issues, post traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder or any other mental health conditions may find themselves in need of direction.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. My areas of specialty are depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, divorce recovery, bipolar disorder, family issues, and relationships. My goal is to meet you where you are at. (I do offer Christian counseling upon request!)
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to tailor therapy to each client and their circumstances (DBT, EFT, CBT, etc) . I examine outward behaviors, mental habits, interpersonal boundaries, and communication. I strive to help you make positive changes that improve your life.
