Hi, my name is Heather Kinsley (she/her). I will work with you to understand your present life through the lens of your past experiences, including your significant relationships and your family of origin. The stories we tell ourselves about our past impact our present deeply. My sessions are characterized by compassion, curiosity, and humor. My clients come from a variety of backgrounds (religious, economic, racial, sexuality, spiritual, educational, country of origin, etc...) and use their time with me to work through issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, neglect, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, etc...
I will accompany you on your journey of healing. I will discuss with you the connections between your past and your present that I perceive and together we will determine whether those perceptions are accurate. If they are, we will work together to heal the disconnects that are impacting your life negatively.
