About
Talking with a professional in an open, respectful atmosphere can help you gain insight and perspective about issues in your life that may seem overwhelming, depressing, or even hopeless. Sometimes these feelings are triggered by something unfortunate that has happened to you recently... such as the loss of a relationship, a crisis at work, a relocation, a traumatic experience, or the death of a loved one. Other times, the issues seem to be part of a bigger picture of unhappiness, anxiety, or failure that has been around for awhile leaving you frustrated and confused.
I specialize in individual psychotherapy with Adults and with Couples/Marital Therapy. My background includes over 25 years of experience in the field. I have a doctorate in clinical psychology and am a certified psychoanalyst with over eight years of intensive post-doctoral training.
Everyone experiences their problems differently. My goal is to provide a collaborative therapeutic space that you will be able to trust and use to understand these personal experiences. Profound changes in quality of life can be possible and it is a privilege to be a part of the process.
