Select morning appointments available! As a therapist, my goal is to help clients identify and understand barriers in their life that are preventing them from achieving peace and happiness. I believe with knowledge comes power; as people gain insight into problems affecting them they can gain insight on how to achieve change in their life. I help clients explore their strengths and weaknesses, while working to use strengths to cope with life challenges, identifying a path to promote change. Lastly, I work to empower clients and help them develop the skills necessary to be successful after our work together is complete.
I help clients address anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, behavior and social problems, and relationship conflicts. My specialties include working with women coping with life struggles and helping families resolve conflicts by learning how to communicate and express feelings. I teach problem solving and parenting skills, and provide support in strengthening and rebuilding relationships.
I work with children, adolescents and adults across the life spectrum. Healing and overcoming trauma is one of my specialities.
