Hello, and welcome to my virtual office. My name is Heather Phelps, owner of HLP Wellness Solutions and Licensed Professional Counselor. I am happy you are here! My job is to listen; offer compassion & empathy, teach coping skills, while at the same time, challenge you to get out of your comfort zone. Together we will examine your inner most thoughts, feelings, and fears. We will set realistic goals and work together, at your own pace, to create change you can feel proud of. I believe that therapy and wellness is a journey, let's start yours together! I also offer Clinical Supervision for those looking to obtain their LPC.
I am a skilled clinician with almost two decades of experience in behavioral health. I am experienced in treating substance use disorders, behavioral addictions, anxiety, depression, trauma, young adults, first responders, and healthcare professionals. I offer a client centered approach to care, valuing honesty, compassion, and accountability.
If you are thinking about taking that brave next step, I would love to meet you & discuss how I can help you meet your goals. I offer a remote treatment experience for those needing to accommodate a busy schedule, or prefer the comfort of their own home. Currently I am limited to seeing clients in Pennsylvania (client must be in PA during session).
