I work with individuals (adolescent aged 11+ through adulthood) who are struggling with mood disorders (anxiety, depression), life transitions/adjustments, relationship stress, and poor coping. If you are ready for a change and your old patterns are not working for you, together we will explore healthy, realistic changes to improve the quality of your life and relationships. Therapy is not always easy work because making positive changes takes effort. You do not have to do this alone. I'll support you throughout your journey of healing and teach you how to make changes to build a healthier you.
My therapeutic practice is compassionate and direct, tailoring each session to my clients’ needs. I use several evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT along with mindfulness/empowerment techniques to help facilitate growth, setting long/short-term goals with my clients. I use my own life experiences, kindness and humor to connect with clients.
