As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Life Coach, and mentor, I use strength based, supportive therapy with an emphasis on self-awareness, emotional regulation, life skills, interpersonal skills and leveraging personal values. My practice is built on evidence based, trauma informed, positive psychology, mindfulness, ecotherapy and emotional intelligence. I am Gottman Level 2 trained and a Certified Gottman Seven Principles Leader with an emphasis on couples therapy. I am here to provide a therapeutic atmosphere for you.
