I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) with over 13 years of experience providing empirically-supported, high-quality mental health care to children, teens, and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, behavior disorders, trauma, family conflict, and more. I offer counseling and talk therapy services; however, I do not currently offer psychological testing.
I earned my Doctorate degree in Clinical-Community Psychology. In sessions, I use a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), parent management training (PMT), acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), and prolonged exposure therapy (PET).
I equip my clients with the necessary tools to successfully navigate their challenges while identifying and building on their strengths. I view therapy as a reciprocal relationship, encouraging you to participate in the therapeutic process by creating a comfortable space in which to share your experience.
