Hello, My name is Heather Novak. I am a licensed professional counselor and I can treat people with addictions. I have worked with ages 5 up to 65. My approach to therapy is I want to walk beside the client on their journey. I want to be there cheerleading along the way.

I have a soft and comforting approach. Clients tend to feel like they can open up and know they are being listened to. However, I will challenge their thoughts when needed.
