I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Los Angeles California with over 15 years of experience providing psychosocial assessments and therapeutic care to adults and older adolescents needing help with finding solutions to make their lives happier and more fulfilling. With the use of proven therapeutic techniques, individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and various life transitions can learn to reconcile and manage the stressors that create barriers to well lived lives and healthy relationships.
