I work with individuals, families and couples who are dealing with crises, difficulties, and relationship issues. I have completed Level 3 Practicum Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and use these methods with couples. I am skilled in Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral therapies. I am also a faith based practitioner if clients chose.
