I offer treatment focused on helping you identify your unique goals then work hand-in-hand to help you achieve them; finding ways to overcome obstacles and setbacks along the way.
I provide counseling guided by a Cognitive-Behavioral approach to help develop skills to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and the regular ups and downs of life. I also offer education in the use of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Behavior Modification techniques, and Mindfulness training.
With over 10 years of clinical experience, I specialize in the treatment of mood disorders (depression, bipolar), anxiety, developmental issues (ADHD, Autism), and parenting/family struggles. I serve adults, children, individuals, couples, and families. Currently, I offer daytime and evening appointments and some Saturdays. My practice also employs a Psychiatrist.
