As human beings, we can endure the unimaginable if there is a “why” outside of our suffering. If not, we struggle, spiral, and get stuck. I help people find their “why”—what’s meaningful and sets their souls on fire. Through our work together, my clients feel empowered, know what they stand for, and feel more confident as they navigate their lives. I enjoy working with other mental health professionals, medical providers and first responders, busy professionals, do-it-all moms, and the self-identified misfits of the world.

I specialize in treating eating disorders, body image issues, and trauma, specifically complex PTSD and dissociation. I’m trained in EMDR and have completed several advanced trainings, including its use with chronic pain and attachment wounds. In addition to EMDR, I incorporate ACT, Attachment Theory, and Emotion-Focused Therapy in my work with clients.
