I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a safe and genuine space to be fully yourself. A special passion of mine is supporting college students and young adults. I empathize how stressful it can be to juggle classes, relationships, expectations, and the pressure to “figure it all out.” I love helping clients slow down, reconnect with who they are, and discover what feels meaningful and energizing.

I primarily use use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), IFS and trauma-informed care to help clients build emotional regulation, insight, and self-compassion.

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and talk about what’s been feeling heavy or stuck. There’s no pressure to share everything right away! I keep things genuine and lighthearted, creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll start exploring the changes you want and what feels meaningful for you.
