Waitlist for new clients
Let's Connect (206) 678-0239
Providing compassionate, non-judgmental, and highly-collaborative mental health care for each client. Getting access to mental health care can be a frustrating experience. Between navigating insurance coverage, reaching out to providers, filling out forms, and coordinating schedules- it can feel overwhelming. I do my best to respond to all inquiries within one business day, and to keep my availability updated. My hope is that you can get access to quality care quickly, with either myself or another licensed clinician in the case that my practice is full. I regularly reach out to those on my Waitlist as I have openings.
My approach provides evidence-based treatment planning, and regular progress monitoring to ensure we stay on track with the goals you’re hoping to achieve in therapy. Progress monitoring offers us an opportunity to look at what’s working, or to course-correct as needed. Issues are explored within the context of societal, familial and cultural considerations.
