I believe the therapeutic process is about losing what is no longer needed rather than changing perceived flaws; to diminish pain and find contentment. I work with clients who feel unsettled and anxious, yet crave peace, & are willing to go on a truth seeking mission to find it. My style is direct, lively & collaborative; assisting those who want to reclaim themselves and live from their heart.

I provide holistic psychotherapy and life coaching. I work with clients who want to live a vibrant & potent life. My approach connects people with their power using positive psychology, EMDR, EFT, CBT, parts work, solution focused therapies, and mindfulness (disclaimer: sessions may include a side of laughter/humor and ass kicking to meet goals.)
