Hi, I'm Heather Metzger, a Licensed Therapist with experience in diversity. I work with all kinds of people to address difficulty with life transitions and persistent mood and substance use issues. I work with young adults and mid-career adults facing stage-of-life issues and transitions. I'm comfortable working with you on resistant depression, substance abuse, grief, and past trauma and childhood neglect.
