I have specialized experience as an Autism Disorder Clinical Specialist and have a passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum and their families. I have a nuanced understanding of the challenges and barriers that this population uniquely faces and strive to assist these individuals with learning how to regulate their emotions.
My goal as a therapist is to help individuals in need to navigate life’s most difficult moments and to offer hope in times of uncertainty. Taking the first step may be the most difficult part of the journey, but it is also the most critical part. “Nothing changes if nothing changes.”
