I work with clients facing a range of clinical mental health concerns, including depression, eating disorders, ADHD, bipolar disorder, identity concerns and schizoaffective disorder. With advanced certifications in ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Trauma, and Nutrition I am especially knowledgeable in supporting neurodivergent individuals and their unique needs.

As someone with a Clinical Mental Health background and Family Systems Orientation, I understand that when one person in the family is struggling, it can be a struggle for everyone. I approach mental health and healing from a biological, psychological, social, environmental, and spiritual approach. Healing looks different for each person.

Healing begins with understanding and personalized care, I customize treatment plans to empower each client on their journey to well-being.
