I enjoy supporting clients in finding new ways to increase their unique strengths and address challenges that hold them back from being present and engaged in creating a fulfilling life. My specialties include neurodivergence (ADHD, learning differences etc.), eco and political distress/anxiety or grief, those who work in research or tech fields, who are experiencing high levels of stress, and those navigating new landscapes and transitions in life. I often draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused, and Motivational Interviewing during sessions. I have personal experience and have taken additional training in supporting neurodiverse clients, as well as those who have experienced environmental disasters and eco/political distress.
I am committed to a collaborative, genuine, and supportive relationship and believe in the power of resilience and people's courage and tenacity during difficult times. Currently, my private practice is open Monday - Friday 8 am - 12 pm via telehealth. Sliding scale available $90 - $200.
