About

It is my passion to collaborate with and empower others to not just survive through life but to find a way to living fully and thriving. I work to be an ally in achieving your goals and your desires. Finding a way to enjoy and be confident in your career and job experience, creative outlets, and social life can really happen.
I believe in honoring our whole selves and tapping into our inherent strengths to repair and heal. In order to support each individual in the way that serves them best I use a variety of person centered modalities including expressive modalities (music/art/movement), parts work, strengths-based interventions, attachment theory and comprehensive DBT.
Finding out who we are and our place in the world can feel lonely and overwhelming. Especially post pandemic. I can relate myself. I invite you to come talk about it and let's start to take control back one step at a time.

DBT skills groups consist of four modules: Mindfulness skills Distress tolerance skills Emotion regulation skills Interpersonal effectiveness skills. Although DBT was originally developed to help people who were struggling with suicide, this comprehensive treatment package can be useful for those who are experiencing emotional distress such as anxiety, depression, or anger, as well as those having difficulty overcoming procrastination, interpersonal isolation, relationship conflict, or effectiveness at work.
