PEERS Social Skills
This group is a social skills group for teens who are interested in learning how to make and keep friends. This group incorporates interventions from the PEERS program and the Science of Making Friends. This group is a great fit for those with autism spectrum disorders, anxiety, depression, and other socioemotional difficulties. During group teens learn important social skills through didactic and role play examples and are given the opportunity to practice these skills in session.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Group
Clients will learn and practice DBT tools to improve their ability to problem solve, cope with crisis, manage interpersonal conflicts, and set and achieve goals in various areas of their lives. DBT skills groups consist of four modules: Mindfulness skills Distress tolerance skills Emotion regulation skills Interpersonal effectiveness skills. Although DBT was originally developed to help people who were struggling with suicide, this comprehensive treatment package can be useful for those who are experiencing emotional distress such as anxiety, depression, or anger, as well as those having difficulty overcoming procrastination, interpersonal isolation, relationship conflict, or effectiveness at work.

Multifamily DBT Skills
DBT Skills Training Group helps individuals build skills and habits to identify, understand and effectively manage their emotions. Skills groups are formatted like a class, in which group leaders use a combination of lectures, discussions and practices to teach the skills. Skills help to reduce confusion about self-image and increase focus and awareness, reduce mood swings and pervasive low moods, reduce impulsivity and increase tolerance of distress, reduce conflict in relationships and increase communication skills and flexible thinking.
