Heather enjoys working with all individuals ages 11+. She enjoys walking with her clients through most ages and stages of life. She has a passion for working with teens, adults, and couples helping them navigate the complexities of life.
Heather likes to use a variety of therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Prepare-Enrich, and Family systems. Heather is currently training in EMDR therapy, an evidence-based approach for trauma and anxiety, to better support clients seeking this approach to therapy.
Heather has a compassionate and friendly presence, which helps those who are hesitant to try therapy feel more comfortable and at ease. Heather is passionate about empowering her clients to make positive changes that impact their lives and future.
