I provide therapy for adolescents, adults and families who wish to create a new life story where you manage strong emotions and engage in wholehearted living without shame getting in the way. I offer counseling to individuals struggling with life and role transitions, major life changes, and other challenges.
Talking can be helpful and needed and is an important part of therapy. I believe that creating a strong alliance between therapist and client creates a positive and helpful partnership. My specialty areas include anxiety disorders/perfectionism, athlete performance enhancement, adjustment concerns/life transitions, relationship issues, and trauma/EMDR.
