I specialize in working with people navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges, helping them create healthier patterns and feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves. My primary focus is trauma and anxiety treatment for adults, with a strong emphasis on the unique pressures women often face—balancing roles, managing expectations, perfectionism, and navigating life changes.
I use EMDR and other evidence-based approaches to help clients process difficult experiences, reduce distress, and move forward with clarity and resilience.
I also work with teens who struggle with anxiety, identity, confidence, and emotional regulation, offering support in building self-awareness and coping skills during important developmental years.
I believe healing happens when you feel truly understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you build insight, regulate emotions, and create meaningful, lasting change.
