When going through a major life altering event such as divorce, isn't it a comfort to speak with someone who has "been there, done that?" Angry, bitter, sad, embarrassed, overwhelmed, afraid, lonely...? You don't have to suffer the emotional consequences of divorce alone. While personal experiences may differ, the anxiety and loneliness are equal. You will learn from others' mistakes and triumphs in how to move forward with life after loss. Issues addressed include: custody, parenting, communicating with an ex, financial burdens, dating, coping with negative emotions, dealing with extended family and friends .

Support for adolescent females
Heather Malkoff & Associates facilitates an 8 week therapy group for females ages 12-14 and 15-18. Each session utilizes a psycho-educational approach incorporating a social environment with a structured curriculum focused on the improvement of social interaction, self-esteem, and increasing self worth.
